User Avatars

The constraints for user Avatars have been relaxed. Previously, your avatar had to be exactly 100x100 pixels. This made importing existing avatars from other sites a bit tedious. Now, your avatar can be any size from 80 to 160 pixels in each direction. So now even I can have one. Like it?
